Become a Trusted Partner
Creating Collaborative Partnerships is self-directed in six virtual lessons. Each lesson, has two topics, and each topic includes videos, handouts, job-transfer assignments, and quick reference tools.
Learn Partnering Skills

Meet the instructor
Deb Siverson
Deb Siverson uses a systems approach with work teams and partners providing them with tools to change the quality of their conversations. She has a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Deb has been facilitating team sessions for over 20 years. She is also a certified coach who teaches leader coaches how to have a different conversation at work.
